Okay.. We Might Have Fibbed a Little
On behalf of everyone here at Directive, we wanted to acknowledge the video that was released a few weeks ago that claims we grow our Crock-Pot Thursday meals in what we said was our pizza orchard. These claims were not entirely accurate. See the video.
Sadly, a pizza tree does not exist. We are snapping back to reality and would love to share how our pizza is really made, featuring one of our town’s famous pizza shops, with you.
We hope you enjoy this spotlight on Sal’s Pizzeria in Oneonta, NY. Joe, the owner, was gracious enough to share with us the origins of Sal’s Pizzeria, his plans for its future, and his favorite pizza to make from the menu. Most importantly, we get to see the “secret’ steps to making this deliciousness.
Of course, we couldn’t hear about the pizza without wanting to eat some, so today we again enjoyed some of the fine food to be found at Sal’s!
