Once upon a time….
We were located in an old creamery building, (4,800 sf) in Trout Creek, New York, and had several computer experts from different organizations help us with our company computers and software issues. It seemed that we were continually paying invoices for the same repairs and other issues over and over again with no end in site. Of course we had very little knowledge on exactly how computers worked, so we had to depend on others.
Finally, I decided to shop the yellow pages in the Oneonta phone book. I called several computer support businesses and got their voicemail, busy signal or a “no longer in service” message. Directive responded immediately and it ended up being the best decision we made for our company communication needs. What a relief.
Directive rewired everything and had all our computers up and running in no time. After an invoice was paid we didn’t have to worry about “How many times are we going to pay to resolve the same issues?”. Once!
In the fall of 2001, we built a new 12,000 sf building located in Bainbridge, New York. Directive installed our entire computer network, 12 pc workstations and server. They also wired drops from the shop pc, to 17 CNC turning and milling machines, for writing and downloading machining programs.
They also designed a special communications room that houses our server and pc supplies under climate controlled conditions. Because we use Road Runner, Directive can fix most problems instantly without waiting for them to drive 35 – 40 miles, when they have the time.
They understand that businesses cannot be put on hold. They’re response time is remarkable. Each time we contact them we feel as though we have a personal Solutions Integrator standing by just for us.
With their competitive prices and personal attention we need not look elsewhere.
Thank you Chris, Charlotte and the team for your outstanding support of our business needs!
If anyone would like to speak to me personally about Directive, please feel free to contact me.
